Our class schedule offers a variety for all ages and abilities, and are taught by certified trainers.
The following classes are included in your membership:
Body Pump: 30 minute full body workout (5:45 a.m. on Tuesdays & Thursday )
Butt & Gutts : Tuesday 6PM - 6:30PM
* "Fit for All" 45 minute class, also known as the following :
"Silver & Fit" 45 minute, strength, balance, flexibility
Healthways, "Silver Sneakers", "Prime"welcome to all of the above !!
Offered at NO additional fee for KVHC Members; (Community Members: $90 - fees include both classes) are taught by instructors Kristina Marcotte, Certified PT & Group Fitness Instructor, & Sharon Roy, certified group fitness leader. Space is limited so contact KVHC today!
